Recitals

We HIGHLY recommend that all students participate in every recital opportunity. We have 2 recitals per school year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Recitals are more than just a performance. They give students a platform to showcase all the work they have done while giving their family and friends a space to celebrate their achievements. I grew up performing in recitals just like this and can say from personal experience that they are a huge motivator and self-confidence booster.

We have seen that in every case, students who perform in recitals really "go the distance" with their music learning. In music, much of the learning is cerebral, so kids (and parents) often times have difficulty gauging progress. Recitals are the physical presentation of the work done.

We have a large number of students at all levels participate in every recital. They're always exciting to watch!
